Our structural fitters, scaffolders and road workers assemble our scenic structures and scaffolding. Skills required: comfortable working at heights, able to read plans, available to travel on missions, B / SPL license and CACES are a plus!
The rigger is the technician in charge of lifting, securing, managing and unhooking high installations, structures and motors in order to allow the subsequent hanging/unhooking of specific equipment (light, sound, motors), elements of scenery or artists in flight. Required skills: Rigorous and precise, you are organized and know how to work in a team. You are up to date with your work at height authorizations.
Responsible for a team, the site manager manages the organization of his site, ensures its progress in compliance with safety standards and specifications. He is the link between the assembly team and the office. He is the permanent representative of the company on site.
The design engineer carries out design and production studies for a product, a part or a global structure. Their role is multi-faceted and they are involved in design studies for various types of projects.
The draftsman in the design office ensures the link between the definition and the realization of a project. They produce detailed plans for the entire project in accordance with the specifications. He/she may be in charge of a project as a whole.
Required skills: Mastery of CAD software (2 and 3 D) / Knowledge of metal and aluminum structures

The HR Manager manages personnel (fixed and variable payroll elements, absence management, etc.), recruits new employees, provides professional training, develops and monitors HR activities (internal regulations, RGPD, health and safety, ....), monitors the CSE, etc. Required skills: Autonomous and organized, you know how to manage priorities and have excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Spectacle and CEGID payroll software is a plus. Good knowledge of social legislation.
